Hourigan Connolly expands Manchester office

Town planner Hourigan Connolly has hired Rebecca Sowerbutts from Cushman & Wakefield as a senior planner, and has promoted Beverley Moss to associate.

With five years’ general practice and strategic residential experience, Sowerbutts will be taking the lead on a number of residential, mixed use and commercial projects across the North West and West Midlands regions and will be assisting with the identification of strategic development opportunities.

Moss, who has been made associate, has been at the practice since November 2013 and has worked on a number of major residential projects across the UK.

Hourigan Connolly is now in its eighth year of trading, and has witnessed sustained year on year fee growth following establishment of the practice in July 2009.
