Hourigan Connolly continues to grow

Manchester-based chartered town planner Hourigan Connolly has celebrated its fourth anniversary with the appointment of new staff from rivals BDP and Colliers International.

Katie Delaney, formerly of BDP, joins the practice as a planner and will work on the company's growing development management portfolio.

Joanne Hawe, formerly of Colliers International, joined as office administrator.

Marc Hourigan, director, said: "Our portfolio of projects continues to grow and diversify. The practice acts across the UK and this latest round of appointments will enable us to service our growing order book."

Daniel Connolly, director, added: "Confidence in the development sector continues to grow. We are witnessing increasing numbers of enquiries on a daily basis. We are pleased to welcome Katie and Joanne to the Practice and we will be shortly announcing further appointments."

There are six staff based at the company's Swan Square office.
