Hopwood hall picks Morgan Sindall for new department

Morgan Sindall has landed a £4.6m contract to build the relocated technology centre for Hopwood Hall College.

Hopwood Hall College is located on two campuses, at Middleton and at Rochdale town centre.

As part of an ongoing estates plan the engineering department is moving from Rochdale to Middleton.

Morgan Sindall's regional office is in Anchorage Quay, Salford Quays.

Hopwood Hall College is advised by Gleeds.
