Honda leaves Two Mills Garage for Cheshire Oaks

The former main dealer on Parkgate Road, South Wirral, is being marketed by Roy Backhouse & Co after it was deemed surplus to requirements.

The 17,470 sq ft showroom on a 1.64 acre site, owned by two private individuals who declined to be named, has a rateable value of £145,000 and Backhouse & Co is inviting offers for rental rates.

Administrators are involved with the former tenant company, a franchise of Honda.

The Japanese car manufacturer is relocating the dealership to Cheshire Oaks outlet centre near Ellesmere Port.
