Homes released for sale at £65m retirement village

Bolesworth Estate and developer-operator Inspired have completed the first phase of homes in a retirement scheme being built on the edge of Tattenhall in Cheshire.

The project includes 48 retirement apartments, in a village setting. The contractor is Seddon Construction.

Overall, when complete the estate will total 165 homes, built across three phases. Work on phase two is set to start shortly.

The village will offer an array of facilities, including a spa and wellness centre and a village bistro and shop.

There are a number of shared ownership homes for sale, with those with a local connection able to buy a 75% stake in a property.

Inspired is owned by Legal & General.
