Hollinwood’s Blackpool housing plans approved
Blackpool Council has awarded outline planning permission for a 410-home neighbourhood in Blackpool by Hollinwood Homes, part of the Marcus Worthington Group.
The masterplan, building and landscape were designed by Broadway Malyan in Manchester.
Foxhall Village will be built on 17 acres in two parcels of land along Rigby Road on either side of Seasiders Way, close to Blackpool FC's stadium.
The initial 218-unit phase of the scheme is expected to start on site in September, with completion by December 2015. The remainder will be delivered over the next ten years.
