Hollinwood hires from Jones Homes

Preston-based Hollinwood Homes, part of Marcus Worthington Group, has recruited Jones Homes area manager Mark Chadwick as its new residential development director.

Chadwick managed the Fylde coast division of Jones Homes, a subsidiary of the Emerson Group. He previously spent time at Persimmon Homes, Wainhomes and Wilson Connolly.

At Hollinwood Homes, he will be responsible for managing growth, identifying development opportunities and delivery of projects in the Lancashire area. Hollinwood's schemes include the Ashton Bank development in Ashton-on-Ribble.

Chadwick said: "Hollinwood Homes has developed a reputation for delivering high quality homes that appeal to first time buyers particularly. The new schemes we have planned extend this customer base with properties being developed with families and older purchasers in mind, as well as the first time buyer market.

"My role includes marketing the company's developments to these new groups of potential purchasers and identifying new opportunities for Hollinwood Homes to expand and develop further."

Chadwick replaced Duncan Bowman who joined New Tyne West Development Company in April.
