HIMOR Standish site on market

A HIMOR-owned 15-acre site in Standish with planning permission for 150 homes is being marketed to housing developers by real estate advisor Colliers International.

Wigan Council recently resolved to grant planning consent for 150 homes on the parcel of land owned by HIMOR off Rectory Lane, Standish, near Wigan subject to a section 106 planning agreement.

Mike Brassington, director of development consulting and agency at Colliers International in Manchester, has been appointed to market the site by privately-owned HIMOR.

He said: "This is a strategic and important disposal instruction on behalf of HIMOR. Barrowcroft Rectory Lane offers a high profile prestige development opportunity which we expect to generate a very high level of interest."
