Himor adds to Preston tenant roster

A 24,300 sq ft office in Preston city centre owned by Himor Group is now fully occupied, after an 8,200 sq ft letting completed by Robert Pinkus & Co.

The remaining available space at Norwest Court on Guildhall Street has been taken on a five-year lease by Local Pensions Partnership, moving from its existing premises at County Hall on Fishergate Hill.

Preston-based Robert Pinkus & Co and joint agent JLL acted on behalf of Manchester-based landlord Himor, while Gerald Eve acted on behalf of the new tenant.

George Graham, managing director for LPP’s administration business said: “Our team is looking forward to moving to Norwest Court. The new location will provide us with more open and flexible accommodation which will facilitate the way we work. The accommodation at Norwest Court is so near to our current site and requires little work to fit it out for our purposes, so what could have been a major disruption for our business is now a much simpler task.”

The new tenant joins other occupiers such as Profile Financial Solutions, Pearson’s Driving Test Theory Centre and Hays Specialist Recruitment.
