Hill Dickinson to deliver seminars for RICS

Law firm Hill Dickinson and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors have teamed up to deliver a seminar on recent developments and issues affecting commercial landlord and tenant relations.

The seminar will be presented with reference to caselaw and legislation. The topics to be covered include:

  • Consents
  • Environmental issues
  • Lease renewal and termination
  • Insolvency and the credit crunch
  • Tenant default and remedies
  • Rent review
  • Dilapidations

The speakers for the event will be Ralph Bullivant, partner in property litigation, Bill Chandler, partner in property and construction and Matthew Forrest, property litigation, all at Hill Dickinson.

The event will be held on 21 April at the Ramada Piccadilly Hotrel in Manchester and 27 May at Hill Dickinson's office in St Paul's Square, Liverpool. There will also be seminars in Leeds, in March, and Newcastle in May.
