High five for RDPR

Roland Dransfield PR reported five new clients including architects Sheppard Robson and property investor Walls Group.

Sheppard Robson appointed RDPR to create a media strategy to support its growth across the North, communicating strengths in key sectors including education, commercial and healthcare.

Ellis Whittam, the Chester-based employment and health and safety advisor, appointed RDPR to implement a PR campaign to reach potential clients across the UK in each of its established regions.

The Walls Group instructed RDPR to help with the disposal campaign for London Scottish House in Manchester city centre. The consultancy will be working alongside joint property agents WHR and CBRE to market the scheme to a potential fund or investor.

In addition, independent networking and business club, Downtown Manchester in Business, has appointed Roland Dransfield to provide traditional PR and social media support around its events and weekly newsletter, 'Thank Frank it's Friday'.

Lastly, Manchester-based legal recruitment company, William James, appointed RDPR to launch a new PR and social media campaign in the North West.

Roland Dransfield also announced a new recruit; Charlene McAuley joins from the Manchester office of public affairs consultancy PPS North. McAuley has particular experience in the waste and energy sectors and will work across RDPR and its sister company, Roland Dransfield Public Affairs, for Asda and Muse Developments' Warrington Bridge Street Regeneration.

RDPR also promoted Suzy Mulholland to account director and Christianne O'Connor to senior account executive.

Lisa Morton, managing director, said: "We have seen a very encouraging start to 2012 with some great new clients and much deserved team promotions. We are also very pleased to have Charlene join us. She will bring significant expertise to both our PR and public affairs offer."
