HGF takes further space at Merchant Exchange

Property Alliance Group has let an additional 4,500 sq ft to law firm Harrison Goddard Foote at Merchant Exchange in Manchester city centre.

HGF relocated to the building twelve months ago from its Stockport branch in Marple, originally taking an office suite on the fourth floor totalling 4,140 sq ft.

The additional office is located on the entire top floor of the building.

Robert Harrison, director at HGF, said: "Following increased demand for our IP legal services, we are actively recruiting and will use the extra office space to grow and drive the business forward. Merchant Exchange has proved to be a great location for our business, with easy transport links and excellent facilities for our clients and employees. We are very pleased to be expanding our Manchester base here."

With one remaining space on the third floor available from 2,000 sq ft to 4,900 sq ft, Merchant Exchange offers a combination of Grade A specification offices behind a period façade. The office space is adjacent to Manchester Central on Whitworth Street West.

Harrison Goddard Foote has offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield and York.

Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants are joint agents on the building.
