Herriots picks two agents for Dukinfield office

Lambert Smith Hampton and P3 Property Consultants have been appointed by Herriots to market Bankside House, a new-build office development completed this month in Dukinfield, Cheshire.

The accommodation comprises a 7,620 sq ft, two-storey building on Hadfield Street with parking.

Bankside House is the first development by Herriots, a fit-out specialist with offices in Dukinfield, Liverpool, Manchester and Wakefield.
