Hermes Property Fund lets warehouse

Home Textiles has taken a 10,845 sq ft industrial unit on Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park.
The company, which provides bedding sets and bed linen for homes, agreed on a 15 year lease at a headline rent of £4/sq ft with the landlord Hermes Property Fund.
John Barton, from WHR Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of the tenant, said: "We adopted a proactive strategy to secure the right property for our client that suited their requirements exactly and were able to negotiate a deal quickly which suited both parties."
