Hermes Property Unit Trust has completed two lettings at its Guinness Road Trading Estate on Trafford Park near Manchester.
An unnamed computer technology company has taken a 9,860 sq ft unit on a five-year lease at a rent of £5.25/sq ft.
Tri-Star Packaging has taken a 9,949 sq ft unit on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £5.25/sq ft.
These deals follow the 30,000 sq ft of space successfully let on the estate during 2008 and means that over 50,000 sq ft has been let on the estate since it was acquired by HPUT in 2007.
Guinness Road Trading Estate is a 235,369 sq ft multi-let industrial estate comprising 22 units. Occupiers on the estate include Speedy Hire and Johnson & Johnson Furniture.
