Helical secures tenant at 35 Dale Street

Software engineer Codethink has signed a 10-year lease on 15,000 sq ft within Helical’s 35 Dale Street in the Northern Quarter.

Codethink has taken the third and fourth floors within the building, and is relocating from Ducie House.

Helical acquired 35 Dale Street in May 2015 and have spent the past 18 months refurbishing the grade two-listed building into Grade A specification workspace. This includes a remodelled reception as well as upgrades to the offices.

Other occupiers include Spareroom and Slack & Andrews.

Lambert Smith Hampton advised Helical on the deal.

Savills and LSH are joint letting agents for 35 Dale Street.
