TEM Property, formerly Tatton Estate Management, has appointed Carol Clarke as head of planning and engagement, to provide strategy and delivery advice for commercial, residential and agricultural clients.
Clarke joined from Peter Brett Associates, having worked with Next on the Middlebrook Retail Park and Bloor Homes. She previously having spent more than 11 years at HOW Planning.
She will work alongside other department heads such as Jim McCain, TEM Property director; Craig Dixon-Goode, head of TEM Utilities; and Heather Clawson, head of TEM Locations & Events.
