HE Simm appointed to phase two of Liverpool student campus

Building services specialist HE Simm has started work on the £10m second phase of a multimillion pound student campus project with the University of Liverpool Construction Company Special Projects.

HE Simm won the contract to provide all mechanical, electrical and public health works on Crown Place, the second phase of ULCCO's student campus project in Liverpool, following the completion of the first phase at Vine Court, which added 749 student rooms to the city centre.

To be completed by August 2014, the project will add a further 1,259 beds across three buildings, as well as office space, a reception/circulation hub and underground car park.

HE Simm, which has offices in Liverpool and London, works across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, hotels and leisure and education.
