HBF utility showcase returns

The Home Builders Federation is bringing its National Utility Conference back to Wigan after a successful first staging of the event at the DW Stadium in 2011.

The major utility event will take place on Wednesday 31 October, and combines an exhibition with keynote presentations. The free event is designed to offer utility companies the chance to show the latest products and services to house builders.

Sponsors signed up so far include e-on, Fulcrum, Groundbreaker, United Utilities, BT Open Reach, Frazer and Sky.

Speakers will include Dave Mitchell, technical director of HBF, and Steve Wielebski, divisional development director at Miller Homes and chairman of the HBF technical committee.

Delegate numbers are limited to 200 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
