Hatton Garden apart-hotel opens
Middle England Developments has completed the refurbishment of the Richmond Building, formerly a Merseytravel office, in central Liverpool.
The Richmond at 24 Hatton Garden contains 152 rooms in 51 serviced apartments. There is a restaurant, onsite parking, meeting rooms and a gym. The designer was KDP Architects and the main agent was Sutton Kersh.
The hotel and apartments will be managed by a sister company of Middle England Developments, Richmond Luxury Living.

Middle England Developments is based in London Road, Liverpool and had net assets of £489,000 on 31 July 2011, according to the last filed accounts.
