Harrison Drury adds to Clitheroe team

The law firm has expanded its team in Lancashire with the appointment of commercial property solicitor Roberto Bonaminio.

Bonaminio, who previously worked at Steele & Son, will be based in the company’s Clitheroe office and will specialise in commercial property, and will support the law firm’s residential property team on sales, funding and purchases.

His appointment brings Harrison Drury’s team in Clitheroe up to nine, including six property solicitors.

Current projects being managed from the office include advising James Alpe Developments on a seven-acre commercial scheme in the Ribble Valley and on the Worsthorne Estate’s lease of Worsthorne Recreation Ground to Burnley Council.

Simon England, head of Harrison Drury’s commercial property team, said: “We are keen to build the next generation of solicitors based at our Clitheroe office and welcome talented young people like Roberto. He brings to the firm a wealth of local knowledge and local connections.

“The Ribble Valley and East Lancashire are major growth areas for the firm. This includes providing legal advice on agriculture property and the management of landed estates and new commercial and residential developments.

“The retail and high street sector also continues to bring regular work for the commercial property team. Appointing a local specialist like Roberto is critical to help manage this increasing demand for our services.”
