Personal insolvency group Harrington Brooks has agreed a deal to occupy 49,922 sq ft at Jackson House in Sale, which is owned by Commercial Estates Group.
The debt management firm agreed a 10-year lease and will use the space as its new HQ, relocating 500 staff from Sale Point.
The firm will move in two phases, occupying 35,705 sq ft by April 2014 and 14,217 sq ft by July of this year.
Jackson House provides more than 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation. Current occupiers include IBM, Chep UK and AA Projects.
Terry Sweeney, chief operating officer at Harrington Brooks, said: "Following recent growth, we needed larger office accommodation and wanted to stay in Sale, close to the town centre amenities and public transport links, which are vital for many members of our staff."
Canning O'Neill and Savills are the joint agents for the scheme. Harrington Brooks were not advised.
