Hark Group has announced six new lettings at Ashton Arcades shopping centre in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside.
Book store The Works, fashion retailer Quiz and fashion menswear, Duffer have signed up to the scheme. Footwear retailer, VC3 Fashions, Calendar Club and Pop Art have taken short-term lettings with the possibility of moving over to longer-term leases.
The newcomers join existing tenants Poundland, coffee chain Bru Station and NS News, Next, New Look, Argos, Game and HMV.
David Henderson Williams from Hark Group said: "It is extremely encouraging to see that Ashton Arcades continues to attract occupiers. These lettings have significantly reduced the voids in the shopping centre and given visitors a wider choice, especially in the run up to Christmas. Quiz and Duffer's decision to open here has further boosted the fashion offer and we are currently in dialogue with those occupiers on short term leases to convert them into longer term agreements."
Tushingham Moore and DTZ are joint letting agents for the Ashton Arcades Shopping Centre.
