Hardware retailer leases Flint shop

W Bevan & Sons has occupied a 6,714 sq ft property at 30-32 Church Street in Flint, Flintshire.
The hardware retailer has signed a five year lease with landlord Atmore Investments at £40,000 a year.
The shop consists of a 4,364 sq ft ground floor and 2,350 sq ft first floor.
