Hale Place fully let

WT Wilkinsons Properties LLP's office building on Ashley Road in the Trafford village of Hale is now fully let after two deals were completed.

Venture capitalist, SVI Generis, has taken the 2,682 sq ft second floor on a five-year lease. In the second deal, Hamilton King, the residential management company, has signed a lease on 2,240 sq ft on a 10-year lease. Both lettings were agreed at a rental of £20/sq ft. The ground floor of 3,600 sq ft is occupied by a Tesco Express.

Both office occupiers were already based in Hale but had outgrown their existing accommodation and needed to expand but were keen to stay in the village.

Charles Murray, managing director of letting agent Regional Property Solutions, said: "Hale remains a little micro market within South Manchester. Very little commercial accommodation is available within the village and even less offering the quality of Hale Place. That's why both these deals went from initial enquiry to completion within three months."

Regional Property Solutions and TFC acted for the landlord WT Wilkinsons Properties LLP and the tenants were unrepresented.
