Hale office building changes hands

Bowdon Homes has acquired the freehold of Bath Place, Hale in Trafford for £205,000.

The two storey self-contained character office building is located in the heart of Hale village and comprises 685 sq ft.

Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions who acted for the landlord, a private individual, said: "The property was sold with vacant possession and the price reflects the investment potential due to the demand for self-contained office buildings in this popular Cheshire village."

Paul Masterson, managing director of Bowdon Homes, said: "The reason for purchasing Bath Place was to accommodate an existing tenant who had outgrown its space in our head office building at 12-14 Bath Street. I am looking to add further small commercial premises to the portfolio in and around Hale village in the next couple of years."

Bowdon Homes was unrepresented.
