GVA strengthens development service
GVA has welcomed three new members to its planning, development and regeneration team in the North West, taking the number in the department to 20.
Shaun Taylor, formerly with GL Hearn, has joined GVA as an associate with a specialism in residential sites.
James Sheppard has joined from Jones Lang LaSalle as principal planner, working on a portfolio of residential, retail, mixed-use and energy-related work.
George Smith has joined GVA as a graduate planner, following a spell working with Planning Aid.
Iain Jenkinson, senior director of planning, development and regeneration at GVA, said: "I am really pleased to welcome Shaun, James and George to the team. These new strategic appointments will strengthen and grow our town planning capabilities in response to the specific market sectors in which we believe growth will occur over the short to medium term.
