GVA strengthens corporate recovery team

Edward Dry has been appointed director in the corporate recovery team at GVA, joining from Sanderson Weatherall.

Dry will work alongside Roger Phillips, senior director at GVA. Phillips said: "Edward, an experienced Law of Property Act Receiver, joins a national team at GVA of over 70 people in corporate recovery, taking appointments across the country on all types of commercial, industrial and residential land and building work.

"In his new role, Edward will be working closely with insolvency practitioners and banks, to assist them with their non-performing property loans."

Dry specialises in advice to the accountancy and banking sector. In recent years, he has advised on numerous residential projects and sites, as well as more traditional commercial sites.
