GVA promotes one and recruits two

Property consultant GVA has appointed a new director and a further two surveyors to its property management consultancy team based in Manchester.

Moorhouse joined GVA as an asset management consultant in March last year from Segro and is now taking on the role of director. He is currently working on a number of opportunities for banks and Law of Property Act receivers.

Greg Archer has joined GVA as a surveyor, following his recent departure from European banking and financial group, BNP Paribas in Bristol. At GVA, Archer is responsible for a number of core property management instructions, including Canarvon Street Properties, DLA and LPA receivers.

Former member of GVA, Roland Shaw returns to the company to take on the role of principal surveyor. Shaw is responsible for a number of clients including the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, Friends Provident and Akzo Nobel.

Jacqueline Flatley, director at GVA, said: "We are working on a number of high profile projects in the region and as the business is growing significantly, we felt that it was important to reward those who have worked extremely hard and to develop the team still further."
