GVA adds to industrial team
GVA Manchester has appointed ex-P3 industrial agent Janine Wood as an associate in its national industrial and logistics team.
Wood has more than 13 years' experience industrial property, advising Segro, Valad and Royal Mail among others. She left P3 in the middle of 2013 and started at GVA this month.
Robert Dunston, director and head of GVA's industrial and distribution team in the North West, said: "Janine is highly experienced in the sector and brings with her a great breadth of knowledge and connections. We would like to officially welcome Janine to the team and look forward to working with her as we continue to maintain the momentum that the team has built up over the course of the last year. 2013 was one of the busiest and encouraging years for GVA in terms of new instructions and general industrial market activity for some time, and we feel we have the right team in place to continue this momentum in 2014."
