Guildhall House fully occupied
WR Estates has let 1,500 sq ft on the fourth floor of Guildhall House in Preston city centre to MBW Training Services.
The new tenant specialises in training and educational courses and has agreed a three year lease for an undisclosed sum. The organisation is relocating from a premises off Fishergate Hill.
Paul Skelton, contracts manager at MBW Training Services, said: "A major requirement of ours was to find new offices that offered disabled facilities in a central location that was easily accessible by train, car and bus as we have customers visiting us from all over the North West. The premises at Guildhall Street meets all our requirements and is a spacious, welcoming area with lots of natural light for our clients.
"The benefit of the office space having a separate room also means that we are able to ensure customers who are testing are in a quiet environment where they can fully concentrate when taking their test."
Paul Wrigglesworth, head of property at WR Estates, which is part of the Himor Group, added: "This letting means that the building is now fully occupied and is testament to our close working relationships with tenants and our continued investment into the quality of space on offer.
"Both Guildhall House and our sister site at Norwest Court have been immensely popular with local businesses and with just a handful of suites left at Norwest Court, we are hopeful that all our city centre office space will be rented in the near future."
Robert Pinkus & Co and King Sturge are joint agents on the building.
