Grosvenor polishes Bling

The Bling Building on the edge of Grosvenor's Liverpool One has undergone a refurbishment and redesign of its entrance and communal areas.

The refurbishment includes new signage, lighting, flooring and interior design. The building comprises a mixture of retail and office accommodation over basement, ground and five upper floors. There is 5,000 sq ft of commercial office space remaining to let on the third and fourth floors. Offices have their own entrance from School Lane.

Bling BuildingHerbert's Hairdressing Salon & School occupies the first, second and fifth floors and the 1,400 sq ft retail space on the ground floor is now also under offer.

Guy Butler, projects director at Grosvenor, said: "The completed interior design work has really enhanced the building's communal areas, bringing them more in line with its vibrant exterior and fashionable location."

The Bling Building at 69 Hanover Street and 24 School Lane was designed by CZWG and opened in 2006. It was one of the first buildings completed in Liverpool One, relocating Herbert's from Paraidse Street to make way for demolition for the retail scheme.

Lettings at the Bling Building are managed by Paul Thorne of Mason Owen.
