Grosvenor completes offices with a celebration

Grosvenor is holding a launch event tomorrow to mark the completion of three office buildings within Liverpool One.

The property company has restored Stanley Buildings in Hanover Street, the Russell Building in Peter's Lane and Compton House in School Lane, which date from the 19th century.

The launch follows the one held last September when the three office buildings were nearing completion.

Grosvenor, in addition, has developed the Bling Bling Building and office space within the Liverpool One residential building, One Park West.

Design consultancy Peppered Sprout recently became the first company to take space in the office element of Liverpool One, which totals 35,000 sq ft, by taking 4,325 sq ft in Compton House.

The Stanley Buildings – plural because a separate warehouse to the rear has been knitted into the main building – offers two floors of 4,400 sq ft each.

The Russell Building comprises 16,800 sq ft of office space, with 8,700 sq ft in Compton House. Both are Category A refurbishments.
