Grosvenor bullish over Liverpool offices

Grosvenor is confident of letting a substantial portion of the office element of Liverpool One before it is officially opened at the end of September.

Speaking ahead of the formal marketing launch event at Liverpool's new Hard Days Night Hotel on Thursday, Ed Webb, a development surveyor at Grosvneor said:

"Letting space in a building site is always hard especially with refurbishments but we are hopeful we will have a decent chunk away by the grand opening on 30 September."

Grosvenor is creating 35,000 sq ft of offices within the retail-led, £1bn scheme, in three period buildings; 16,800 sq ft in the Russell Building, Stanley Building's 8,800 sq ft and the remaining 8,700 sq ft in Compton House.

Quoting rents vary from around £13/sq ft to £17/sq ft depending on position and specification. Knight Frank and Keppie Massie are joint agents.
