GRM helps Rinus expand across the country
GRM Property has located a further two depots for Rinus Roofing, taking the total space secured for the specialist roofing company to more than 60,000 sq ft.
The number of depots secured now totals 15 with GRM Property, Manchester, advising on deals across the country.
The most recent deals include a 5,400 sq ft depot in Southampton and a 4,000 sq ft depot in Macclesfield. The company, based in Darwen, Lancashire, plans to operate 30 depots and trade counters, including a base in Liverpool. It already a trade counter in Heywood, Manchester.
Gareth Middleton, a partner at GRM Property, said: "This is a fantastic milestone in what is an on-going and complex project for Rinus Roofing.
"With a requirement for total of 30 premises covering the entire country it has required a strategic and planned approach which is really starting to deliver results. We have already viewed options in Colchester and Liverpool so are hoping the second part of the project will be just as successful."
