Grimleys wins UCLan retainer

The University of Central Lancashire has appointed GVA Grimley on a three-year contract to provide estate services.
GVA Grimley's Manchester office will provide valuation, building surveying, acquisition and disposal advice.
UCLan has a student 32,000 and 3,000 staff delivering 500 undergraduate courses and 180 postgraduate programmes.
The university is based in Preston city centre but has a diverse property portfolio across the North West and North Wales.
