Grimleys promotes surveyor to associate

GVA Grimley has promoted Richard Lace from principal surveyor to associate in the office team in Manchester.

Lace said: "After six years as part of the offices department at GVA, I am very pleased to have secured my promotion to associate. As a team we have been responsible for a number of high profile deals this year and I will I continue to work with a great group of people in driving the company forward, as well as bringing in new business."

The office team, which consists of five staff in total, was involved in the deal involving HBJ Gately Wareing taking just over 31,000 sq ft at Ship Canal House on King Street in Manchester in the summer.
