Grimleys completes freehold office sales

GVA Grimley has announced the completion of three freehold office deals as occupiers and investors take advantage of reduced values.

Properties at Lostock Hall, Preston (7,150 sq ft), Cheetham Hill (10,500 sq ft) and Poulton-le-Fylde (11,850 sq ft) have all been sold with terms agreed at two similar properties in Sale and Knutsford.

Richard Lace from GVA Grimley said "There is currently a market for any property at the right price and we are seeing smaller lot sizes beginning to move, as buyers with funds perceive that now is the time to buy. We expect this trend to continue for the next six to nine months, beyond which, supply/demand factors will result in values starting to increase."
