Green Thumb moves to Knowsley Business Park

Caddick Developments had signed lawn maintenance specialist Green Thumb to a 5,715 sq ft industrial unit at Knowsley Business Park.
"The quality of the product is testament to just how well the scheme has been received since its completion in 2008," said Andrew Pexton, director at letting agent GVA Grimley. "Interest in the scheme has been steady and we expect more deals in the near future, a good position to be in, considering the current climate."
Quoting rents are £5.25/sq ft. GVA Grimley is joint agent on the scheme with CBRE.
