Green light for Audenshaw housing

HOW Planning has secured planning approval on behalf of Taylor Wimpey for 178 homes in Tameside.

Plans include a variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, along with 18 apartments.

The 11.8-acre site is located on the former Mono Pumps site on Martin Street, close to Guide Bridge Train Station.

Isla Longmuir, senior planner at HOW Planning, said: “The proposals reflected the needs of the local community and the scheme will have a positive effect on Audenshaw and the wider area. It will contribute significantly to the Tameside housing supply and will enhance what is already predominantly a residential area.”

Just curious.

Is the heating circuit in modern two storey houses split into upstairs and downstairs time and temperature controlled zones (areas)?

If not, why not?
