Great Places appoints eight to valuation panel
The housing association has named the companies selected to join its approved panel of consultants to deliver valuations and market analysis advice.
The companies are:
- Aspin and Company Chartered Surveyors ((has previously provided valuation services to the group)
- Thomson Associates (has previously provided valuation services to the group)
- Align Property Partners
- Affordable Housing Consultanc
- GL Hearn
- Roger Hannah & Co
- Stannybrook Property Consultants
The partners will support Great Places Housing Group as it delivers its development and sales programmes, by supplying market analysis reports and valuations of land and property.
Great Places has a portfolio of 24,000 homes across than 30 local authority areas, providing specialist hosing support to more than 2,500 people in the North West and Yorkshire.
In the year 2019/20, the organisation said it invested £52m into building homes, completing 213 in the financial year with a further 69 on site.
Helen Spencer, director of development at Great Places, said: “With such a busy pipeline of schemes in addition to those in delivery phases, we welcome an extended panel of consultancy support to support our development and sales teams with valuations and market analysis.
