Grange and Pyramids come to market

Warner Estates and Lloyds Banking Group have put two shopping centres in Birkenhead up for sale.

The assets were held in the Agora Max Fund joint venture between Warner and Lloyds. The 2010 valuation of the pair was £88m. Savills has been appointed to market the properties.

The centres total more than 600,000 sq ft and are anchored by Marks & Spencer, Republic, River Island, Next, WHSmith, Peacocks and The Body Shop along with 20 cafes and restaurants.
