Grain Industrial Estate fills up

London & Cambridge Properties' Grain Industrial Estate in Liverpool is now fully occupied following the arrival of two more tenants.

Primal Health Fitness has agreed terms with LCP to lease a 4,471 sq ft unit, while LVW Group, a wholesaler of motor accessories, has moved to a 5,590 sq ft unit. Both leases are agreed on five-year terms.

The estate comprises a courtyard development consisting of 11 industrial units.

Paula James, sales negotiator at LCP, said: "The Grain Estate has proven to be popular among a wide range of companies that are keen to take advantage of high quality premises close to Liverpool city centre.

"We've been committed to investing in our sites, even in the downturn, so that they remain an attractive proposition to potential tenants and we are very pleased that the Grain Estate is now fully occupied."

Mason Owen and Bolton Birch are joint agents on the estate.
