Gorvins adds to commercial property group

South Manchester law firm Gorvins has recruited Martin Hoare from Eversheds as partner in its commercial property team.

Hoare will work alongside Lorraine Lockie, head of commercial property and managing partner, to work with clients across all sectors of property.

Gorvins, based in Stockport, also announced the appointment of David Joseph, from Zatmans, as partner in the commercial litigation team, and Melloney Anderson, formerly of Neil Myerson, as a senior associate to the employment department.

Hoare said: "I am very pleased to be joining a firm as entrepreneurial as Gorvins and looking forward to the challenges and opportunities emerging in the market place in the coming months."

Lockie added: "We are delighted to have Martin on board and welcome his reputable expertise. Our recent recruitment drive demonstrates our ambition to develop the Firm to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with excellence in advice and delivery in an increasingly competitive market."
