Gopher Money relocates in Bolton

The financial company has relocated office after signing a lease on 5,026 sq ft at Bruntwood's Atria building in Bolton.

Gopher Money is relocating from Orbit Developments' Middlebrook development at Bolton.

Jeremy Lee, partner and head of commercial property at Myers Lister Price, advised on a five year lease totaling £500,000.

Lee said: "The commercial property market is really starting to pick up in the North West, so it was vital for us to provide Gopher Money with a quick turnaround for this tenancy agreement."

Mark Prideaux, chairman of Gopher Money, added: "The expertise shown by Jeremy Lee and his team was invaluable. When they said they would complete the deal quickly, I didn't realise they would be able to turnaround the lease in a week.

"Myers Lister Price successfully managed all the partners involved in this deal, including Bruntwood and lettings agent Ben Fallows. As the business grows we look forward to Myers Lister Price's continued legal advice."

Atria was the first office building purchased by Bruntwood in Bolton and is located on Spa Road.
