The global logistics developer has sold Pioneer 210, a 210,000 sq ft distribution centre, which was on the market for £16m.
The facility was acquired by Local Authorities’ Property Fund, a client fund managed by CCLA. The final purchase price was undisclosed.
The warehouse was built in 2007 and was recently fully refurbished, renovating the warehouse floor and increasing office space from 3,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft.
The unit is let to lighting systems firm Novar ED&S, part of Honeywell International, on a 10-year lease.
CBRE acted on behalf of Goodman and B8 Real Estate acted on behalf of CCLA.
