Goodman lands biggest South Manchester deal of year

PZ Cussons, the soap manufacturer, has signed for a 40,000 sq ft pre-let headquarters at Goodman's Manchester Business Park in south Manchester.
The maker of Imperial Leather, Original Source and Morning Fresh will relocate to the park close to Manchester Airport from Cheadle Heath in Stockport.
Goodman has planning consent for the PZ Cussons building at the entrance to the 85-acre park and will start work immediately.
The park is home to iSoft, Ericsson and Kingston Communications.
