Glenbrook completes at Ellesmere Street
The 232-apartment build-to-rent scheme in Manchester, designed by AEW Architects and delivered by contractor Graham, has reached practical completion.
Named The Trilogy, the scheme on Chester Road includes a mix of one, two, and three-bed apartments over three buildings. Amenity spaces include private gardens, a residents’ lounge, gym, and concierge facilities.
Forward-funded by the Moorfield Group in a £40m deal, work started in 2016 and was originally scheduled to complete last summer, but completion was delayed until this spring.
Ian Sherry, director at Glenbrook, said: “Both the design and quality of these newly completed buildings are exceptional and we believe future residents will be highly impressed by this new rental offer. This is already being shown by the number of apartments that have been reserved prior to completion.
“The area is going through a rapid transformation and as a developer we wholeheartedly believe in this location as a natural extension of the city centre. We have already started work at our latest scheme at Cornbrook, a £60million, 280 apartment development adjacent to The Trilogy where we are again working with Graham Construction towards completion in 2020.”
The professional team also included cost and project consultancy Abacus; Shepherd Gilmore Engineers; and Beechfield.
Congratulations! Stunning building and great regeneration for the surrounding area!
