Gladman signs Mercedes Benz

Mercedes Benz Trailer Axel Systems, part of the Daimler Group, has relocated its engineering and sales team from Chester to a Gladman business park in Wrexham.

Tom Creer of letting agent Beresford Adams Commercial said: "With a number of other units also under offer, this most recent letting to such a prestigious multi-national company proves that Wilkinson Business Park is an exceptional environment to do business in, a fact only reinforced by the quality of existing occupiers including Castlemead Homes, Venture Wales, Meadowvale Foods and others."

Mercedes Benz Trailer Axel Systems signed a five-year lease at £15,223 a year. Gary Smith of Mercedes Benz Trailer Axel Systems said: "Having been located in serviced office premises for a number of years, moving to more traditional office premises seemed the next obvious evolution. Wilkinson Business Park did not only tick all the boxes in terms of staff requirements, but fitted the bill from a corporate point of view, projecting the right image for a Daimler company."
