Gladman Developments has sold Compass House, the largest available new office building in Carlisle, to North West Industrial Estates for an undisclosed sum.

NWIE acquired the freehold interest of the 25,860 sq ft office building at Clifford Court, Gladman's 100,000 sq ft speculative office development at Parkhouse Business Park.

The deal leaves 8,860 sq ft of freehold space in four units available. The quoting figures at Clifford Court are £110/sq ft freehold and £12.50/sq ft leasehold.

Gladman Developments was represented by Colliers CRE; Mason & Partners represented NWIE, which has appointed local agent Carigiet Cowen in addition to Mason & Partners to market the building.
